For Inventa customers, this is your place for you to jump off to the portals that are available to you based upon the levels of service you have purchased from Inventa. Not all customers will get all services and/or portals. If you have any questions, feel free to contact your sales representative. Service PortalInventa Service Portal is Inventa's case management system, where trouble tickets may be created, viewed, and researched for activity that has taken place within your environment. This portal is typically available to customers of the Monitoring and Event Management. BMC PortalFor some customers under the Monitoring and Event Management service, Inventa's BMC Portal will be available for you to peruse the current state of your environment, view graphs of recent activity on your servers, and take a look at recent events that have taken place. ESM Integrator PortalThe ESM Integrator Portal provides your one stop shop for systems reporting. For customers of our Monitoring and Event Management service, this is where you can report on events and trouble tickets that have taken place against your environment. For customers that have purchased the Visualization and Trending service, this will also include performance and capacity reports for all systems under contract for the service. |
