Easing the Management of your Database, Middleware and OS Infrastructure:
Inventa Remote Administration Services (RAS)

Key Issues Addressed:

  • Cost of expert staffing in specialized disciplines is expensive
  • Reduced staffing levels force organizations into “fire drill mode”
  • Effective “proactive” work is always on the to-do list yet seldom gets done
  • A “continuous closed loop” process for enhancing performance is not realistically possible to establish when facing ad hoc crisis-level priorities

What We Bring to the Table:

  • Expert bandwidth on a subscription basis to free up your critical resources and ensure process best practices
  • Remote administration services for database, middleware and OS administration
  • Well-defined Service Level Agreements for all services
