The ESM Integrator architecture is designed with flexibility and scalability in mind and can be deployed within your environment and providing value in days, not months or years. In addition, for many common technologies, such as BMC PATROL or Tivoli, Inventa provides numerous reports that can be deployed and available as soon as the data is received.

ESM Platforms

Most environments already have one or more Enterprise Systems Management (ESM) tools, ranging from small to moderate scale technologies, such as Orca or Nagios to enterprise class technologies, such as BMC PATROL, IBM Tivoli or Microsoft MOM.
It is quite common to have additional internal sources of business or application performance metrics scattered throughout your environment.  What if you could easily combine that information in to one view?
ESM Integrator can quickly and easily tap into all of these sources of data. In addition, Inventa's own agent technology can extend the breadth of data collection into your own sources of data, from business metrics to application specific performance metrics--wherever they may reside.

ESM Integrator Framework

Located at one or more points within your environment is Inventa's ESM Integrator Framework. This technology is provided on a 1U appliance we call our e-Box. The e-Box continuously collects metrics throughout your environment, aggregates it, and normalizes it in a fashion that allows metrics from across all of your ESM technologies to by compiled together into a single report with ease.

ESM Integrator Reporting

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year your data will be continuously streamed into Inventa's ESM Integrator Portal, where your data will be safely stored and aggregated.  The ESM Integrator Portal has over 350 pre-built reports across a wide number of technologies, with new ones added frequently.  If we don't have a report you need, custom reports can be added as part of the service.
